Most organizations with only one active team will usually only need Team Access. Organization Access also does not give the company unrestricted access to private individual intelligence.

Individual, Team, and Organization subscriptions are separate because they serve different people and different views. A team can have Team Access without Organization Access. An organization can use Organization Access without automatically subscribing every team. If both views are useful, both can be kept active.
Your practitioner’s services and your Insperai subscription are separate.
Your practitioner sets their own fees for coaching, consulting, advising, or other professional services. If you choose ongoing Insperai Platform access, that subscription is purchased directly from Insperai.
The type of subscription you choose depends on who needs continued access. Your own access, a team’s access, and an organization’s access remain separate.

A team leader’s view of a member is not the same as that individual’s private intelligence. A practitioner’s view is based on an authorized professional relationship. Team intelligence and organization intelligence are also separate. Access to one does not automatically open the other.
