Rewriting high-stakes leadership decisions through Applied Personality Intelligence.
Rachel Edwards founded Insperai and created the Strategic Personality Blueprint after years of seeing the same pattern repeat across leadership, behavioral systems, organizations, and high-pressure environments:
Most people problems become visible long after the underlying patterns were already there.
Her work focuses on helping leaders, teams, and organizations understand the human system before costly decisions create unnecessary friction, burnout, misalignment, or execution breakdowns.

She did not build SPB to create another personality test.
She built it because she saw how often leaders, teams, and organizations were making major decisions without a clear understanding of how people actually operate under pressure.
Across behavioral health systems, leadership environments, education, coaching, and organizational dynamics, she repeatedly saw communication breakdowns, burnout, role misalignment, conflict, and leadership strain emerge long before anyone had a framework to identify what was really happening underneath the surface.
Most systems focused on isolated traits.
They showed pieces of a person, but not how those pieces interacted in real decisions, roles, and pressure.
Most assessments stopped at labels.
They described people, but did not always help leaders understand what to do next.
Most tools ignored context.
They missed how environment, stress, leadership demands, and team dynamics shape behavior.
Her background combines behavioral analysis, systems thinking, leadership, and applied human dynamics.
Rachel’s professional background includes behavioral analysis, criminal justice, higher education, leadership development, coaching, and organizational behavior.
She earned a Master of Science degree in Forensic Behavioral Analysis and spent years working directly inside mental health and veterans court systems helping individuals navigate behavioral change, accountability, reintegration, and complex life circumstances under pressure.
She later taught criminal justice at the college level while also building a coaching and consulting practice focused on behavioral insight, mindset, communication, and human performance.
Over time, she realized the real opportunity was bigger than coaching individuals. The larger problem existed inside teams, leadership structures, and organizational systems themselves.
That realization became the foundation for Insperai and SPB.
SPB was built to help leaders see what most systems miss.
The Strategic Personality Blueprint was designed to move beyond one-dimensional personality insight and create a broader operational picture of how people think, communicate, collaborate, decide, and respond under pressure.
SPB integrates multiple behavioral and motivational domains together with real-world context to help leaders and practitioners identify hidden friction, blind spots, leadership strain, communication breakdowns, burnout risk, and alignment opportunities before those issues become expensive.
The goal is not to label people.
The goal is to improve visibility, alignment, communication, execution, and decision-making.
Insperai is built around Decision Risk Intelligence.
Most organizations spend enormous time and money planning strategy, operations, growth, and execution while making major people decisions with limited visibility into how their teams actually function together.
Hiring and promotion
Understanding whether people are aligned with the role, pressure, team, and leadership demands.
Restructuring and scaling
Seeing how changes in roles, reporting lines, and team structure may affect performance.
Conflict and burnout
Identifying hidden patterns before friction, disengagement, or stress become operational problems.
The hidden risk in those decisions is often human. Insperai exists to help organizations better understand the human system before those decisions are locked in.
Today, she leads Insperai’s growth and development.
Today, Rachel leads the continued development of Insperai and the Strategic Personality Blueprint, including:
