Building Decision Risk Intelligence for the human side of business.
Insperai helps leaders and organizations identify hidden human-system risk before major decisions create unnecessary friction, burnout, misalignment, turnover, or execution breakdowns.
Powered by the Strategic Personality Blueprint, Insperai transforms behavioral, personality, contextual, and team data into structured decision-support intelligence for leaders, teams, organizations, and certified practitioners.
The goal is simple: help organizations understand the human system before decisions become expensive.
Why Insperai exists.
Insperai was built because most people problems become visible long after the underlying patterns were already there.
Leaders are expected to hire, restructure, promote, scale, resolve conflict, and improve performance without a clear view of how people actually operate under pressure, inside teams, and within real organizational conditions.
Founder Rachel Edwards saw the same pattern repeat across behavioral systems, leadership environments, education, coaching, and organizational work: communication breakdowns, burnout, role misalignment, conflict, and leadership strain often emerge before anyone has a structured way to identify what is happening underneath the surface.
Most systems focused on isolated traits.
They showed pieces of a person, but not how those pieces interacted in real decisions, roles, and pressure.
Most assessments stopped at labels.
They described people, but did not always help leaders understand what to do next.
Most tools ignored context.
They missed how environment, stress, leadership demands, and team dynamics shape behavior.
The methodology behind Insperai.
The Strategic Personality Blueprint was created to move beyond one-dimensional personality insight and create a broader operational picture of how people think, communicate, collaborate, decide, and respond under pressure.
SPB integrates multiple behavioral and motivational domains together with real-world context to help leaders and practitioners identify hidden friction, blind spots, leadership strain, communication breakdowns, burnout risk, and alignment opportunities before those issues become expensive.
SPB is not the final product.
SPB is the proprietary human system modeling methodology that powers Insperai’s broader Decision Risk Intelligence platform.
How Insperai works.
Insperai combines human system modeling, platform intelligence, and AI-supported guidance to help leaders and practitioners see risk sooner and respond with greater clarity.
SPB
The proprietary human system modeling methodology that establishes the foundational intelligence layer.
Platform
Dashboards, workflows, Snapshots, analytics, and visibility tools that turn SPB insight into ongoing intelligence.
Ayris
The AI Advisor layer that helps activate SPB-based intelligence through guidance, interpretation, strategy, and action planning.
Decision Risk Intelligence
The outcome leaders use to make stronger people decisions before preventable issues become costly.
Built around Decision Risk Intelligence.
Most organizations spend enormous time and money planning strategy, operations, growth, and execution while making major people decisions with limited visibility into how their teams actually function together.
Hiring and promotion
Understanding whether people are aligned with the role, pressure, team, and leadership demands.
Restructuring and scaling
Seeing how changes in roles, reporting lines, and team structure may affect performance.
Conflict and burnout
Identifying hidden patterns before friction, disengagement, or stress become operational problems.
The hidden risk in those decisions is often human. Insperai exists to help organizations better understand the human system before those decisions are locked in.
Founded by Rachel Edwards.
Rachel Edwards founded Insperai and created the Strategic Personality Blueprint after years of working across behavioral analysis, criminal justice, higher education, leadership development, coaching, and organizational behavior.
She earned a Master of Science degree in Forensic Behavioral Analysis and spent years working directly inside mental health and veterans court systems helping individuals navigate behavioral change, accountability, reintegration, and complex life circumstances under pressure.
She later taught criminal justice at the college level while also building a coaching and consulting practice focused on behavioral insight, mindset, communication, and human performance.
Over time, she realized the larger opportunity was not only helping individuals understand themselves. It was helping teams, leaders, and organizations understand the human systems driving their decisions, outcomes, and risks.

Current focus and long-term vision.
Today, Rachel leads the continued development of Insperai, SPB, certified practitioner training, platform intelligence, and AI-supported decision tools.
