The idea started long before the technology did.
Rachel Edwards is the Founder and CEO of Insperai and creator of the patent-pending Strategic Personality Blueprint.
Her career has centered on understanding people in high-stakes environments where behavior, decisions, and outcomes mattered.
With a Master of Science in Forensic Behavioral Analysis, Rachel spent nearly a decade working within the criminal justice system, including mental health and veterans court programs and serving as a court program director.
The work involved people with very different histories, motivations, barriers, strengths, environments, and needs. Again and again, the same question surfaced:
Why would we expect the same approach to work for different people simply because they share the same problem, goal, diagnosis, role, or circumstance?
Rachel later spent five years teaching criminal justice at the university level and built a coaching practice focused on mindset, communication, behavior, and human performance.
Across those environments, the pattern remained: knowing more about the individual changed how you understood the problem and what you might do next.
But the available tools still tended to separate personality, motivation, behavior, strengths, context, and other human variables into different assessments, frameworks, or professional judgments.
Rachel began developing a way to bring those dimensions together and reason across their interactions rather than treating them independently.
That work became the Strategic Personality Blueprint and, ultimately, the foundation for Insperai.
